Customize Our Chocolate
A finished, printed wrapper in four steps, on a bar you can turn in your hands. Here is how the designer works and the answers to the questions we hear most.
How It Works
- Choose a bar. The large 180 g bar or the small 50 g bar. Both show in 3D as you design.
- Start from a template or a blank wrapper. Templates are sorted by occasion and open with one press of the pencil.
- Make it yours. Step 1 sets the background colour and pattern. Step 2 adds a photo or your logo. Step 3 adds stickers. Step 4 adds text in seventeen fonts. Drag anything to move it, use the round handle to size and turn it, and the red cross to remove it.
- Turn the bar. Every side prints: the front, the back, both edges and both ends. Choose a side from the list or press Turn To Next Side.
- Press Ready. Name your design, choose your chocolate and your quantity, and see the price per bar. Add it to your quote basket, save it for later, or download the print file.
- Request your quote. A design sheet with your bar, wrapper, sleeve and gift box goes to you and to our team. A proof follows within one business day.
Upload Your Own Wrapper
Artwork made in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, or a front panel made in Canva, uploads straight onto the bar. The upload instructions have the template, the sizes and the print settings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I put my logo on the chocolate itself, not only the wrapper?
Yes. The Chocolate view on the home page moulds or prints your logo into the bar, and the Sleeve and Gift Box views brand the packaging around it. The wrapper is one more way to carry your brand.
Which file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG and WebP for photos and logos. For a full wrapper, a PNG or JPG exported at 300 dpi from your design file. Flat JPG logos have their background removed in the browser.
Will the colours print exactly as I see them?
Screens show colour in RGB and printers use CMYK, so there can be a small shift. For an exact brand colour, send print ready artwork with your Pantone or CMYK values noted in the quote request.
Can I edit the back and the ends?
Yes, every side prints. Keep the important details on the front and the back: the edges and the ends fold during wrapping.
Where are my saved designs?
Under My Designs in the menu. In this demo they are kept in your browser. With a business account they follow you to every device and are ready to reorder in one click.
What is the minimum order?
Five large bars or 240 small bars. Prices drop at each quantity tier on the pricing page.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from proof approval. Larger runs and holiday orders are best placed a month ahead.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
You can change anything until you approve the proof. After that the run begins and the design is final, so please check every side first.
Do you offer design services?
The designer and the templates are built so that you can finish a wrapper yourself in minutes. For a fully bespoke design, ask your specialist and we will connect you with a designer we trust.
