Upload Instructions
Upload Your Own Wrapper
For designers who want full control. Download the template, lay out your artwork, export it and drop it onto the bar in the designer. The 3D preview shows every side before you order.
1. Download The Template
The template is a single flat layout of all six faces. Draw your artwork on it, keep the layout, and export the whole sheet.
The download is an SVG you can open in Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, Figma or Canva. It carries the exact sizes, a 3 mm bleed and the safe area.
2. The Layout
- Large bar: 160 × 80 mm front and back, 12 mm edges and ends. The full sheet is 160 × 196 mm plus bleed.
- Small bar: 106 × 53 mm front and back, 10 mm edges and ends. The full sheet is 106 × 136 mm plus bleed.
- Artwork runs to the edge of each panel. Keep text and logos inside the safe area, 4 mm in from every fold.
- The flavour band and the weight line are printed by us from your order, so leave the right hand 10 mm of the front clear.
3. Export
- One page, the whole sheet, with no crop marks, registration marks or extra borders.
- PNG or JPG at 300 dpi for the upload. Keep your layered file: your specialist will ask for a PDF with the same layout for the final print.
- CMYK colour in your design file. Note any Pantone references in your quote request.
- Fonts outlined or embedded.
4. Upload And Check
- Open the designer and choose Wrapper.
- Press Upload Your Own Wrapper and choose your exported file. A full sheet is cut into its six faces. A front only picture (2:1) lands on the front.
- Turn the bar and check every side. You can still add text and stickers on top.
- Press Ready, choose your chocolate and quantity, and add it to your quote basket.
Working In Canva
Create a design 160 × 80 mm (or 6.3 × 3.15 in) for the front of the large bar, export it as a PNG, and upload it. The designer places it on the front, and you can add your text and stickers around it.
Proof Your Design
Please double check spelling, colours and the position of your logo before you order. Once a proof is approved the run begins and the design is final. If a file does not meet these specifications, a specialist contacts you with a fix before anything is printed.
